Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TrailRay. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Estimated delivery from placing your order is 5–9 business days for Standard shipping within Canada, 8–11 business days for International Standard shipping, and 3–5 business days for Express shipping within Canada or internationally, including order processing and shipping.

Both delivery estimates include processing time; processing is not added on top of these estimates.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Canada: Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days. International: Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 8–11 business days. Express shipping within Canada or internationally has an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. All delivery estimates start when you place your order and include processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping costs

For delivery within Canada, Standard shipping costs C$7 and Express shipping costs C$15. Standard shipping is free on orders of C$100 or more. For international delivery, International Standard shipping costs C$9.50 and International Express shipping costs C$18. Free Standard shipping on orders of C$100 or more applies only within Canada. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Canada customs, taxes and other applicable fees

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We offer shipping within Canada and to international destinations, including the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
